We offer a variety of classes for those who deliver at our hospital only by appointments.

About nutritionists and obstetricians

This is an opportunity to hear directly from our nutritionists and obstetricians. There will also be time for you to ask questions to the nutritionists and obstetricians. If you have any questions or concerns, please take this opportunity to ask them.

Eligibility	Those who are planning to give birth in our hospital: 20 people per session.
Date and time	13:30-15:30, the 2nd Thursday of every month, (Reception from 13:15).
Contents	About dietitians. Eating during pregnancy. Eating according to symptoms. A talk from an obstetrician. Points to keep in mind during pregnancy (such as impending premature labor). Treatment during childbirth, etc.
Participation fee	2,000 yen (tax not included).
What to bring	Consultation form, Maternal and Child Health Handbook, and Mama’s Notebook.
Flow	On the day of the visit, please pass your consultation form through the revisiting machine, complete the consultation procedures, and come to the venue. (The consultation will start at 13:30 regardless of the time on the consultation form).

Talk about childbirth

We will learn about the birth process, what to expect during labor, and how to prepare for birth. This will be an opportunity to get an idea of what to expect and think about your birth plan.

Date and time	13:30-15:30, the 3rd Thursday of every month, (reception from 13:15).
Contents	The process of childbirth. About cesarean section. Preparation for childbirth that can be done now (supplies, mental and physical preparation). Group work (image of childbirth, how to spend time during childbirth, birth plan).
Participation fee	2,000 yen (tax not included).
What to bring	Consultation form, Maternal and Child Health Handbook, and Mama’s Notebook.
Flow on the day	On the day of the visit, please pass your consultation form through the revisiting machine, complete the consultation procedures, and come to the venue. (The consultation will start at 13:30 regardless of the time on the consultation form).

Parent Class

Family support is essential to life with a baby. Let’s prepare for birth and childcare now so that moms and dads can welcome the birth of their baby together. We learn about the process of childbirth with the moms and dads. Morning and afternoon sessions are now available.

Eligibility	Pregnant women and their partners who are expecting a baby at our hospital and are pregnant between 30 weeks and 36 weeks.
Date and time	The 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month (Morning) 9:30 – 12:00 (Reception from 9:15) (Afternoon) 13:30 – 16:00 (Reception from 13:15) ※The morning and afternoon sessions are identical in their content. Please take either one.
Contents	Diaper changing and bathing practice. Pregnancy experience for dads. About the process of childbirth. Tour to the delivery and hospital wards, and confirmation of the hospitalization route.
Participation fee	5,000 yen (tax not included) ※for two people.
What to bring	Consultation form, Maternal and Child Health Handbook, and Mama’s Notebook.
Appointment	Please apply to the staff during your prenatal checkup. Telephone reservations are handled at the Obstetrical Outpatient.
Flow on the day	There is no need to go through the consultation procedures on the day. Please come directly to the venue.

Talk about postpartum life

Learn about breastfeeding, postpartum life, and postpartum mental changes. It is important to prepare for the postpartum period from the time you are pregnant. This will be an opportunity to get an idea of what life after childbirth will be.

Eligibility	Those who are planning to give birth in our hospital: 20 people per session. ※You cannot attend with your child.
Date and time	13:30-15:30, the 4th Thursday of every month, (Reception from 13:15).
Contents	Life in the hospital. Breastfeeding. Postpartum emotional changes. Postpartum support. Group work (discuss what you want to do to prepare for the postpartum period).
Participation fee	2,000 yen (tax not included).
What to bring	Consultation form, Maternal and Child Health Handbook, and Mama’s Notebook.

Maternity Yoga Class

The class is canceled due to circumstances.

「The class will be held in the lounge on the 3rd floor of the “Central Treatment Building 2”. Please use the elevator marked with a circle. Please contact the office in advance if you need to cancel. No one will be allowed to enter the venue before the reception starts.
